Ambrosia

Fruit salad variant.

INGREDIENTS:

40 oz. (3 cups) DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
16.3 oz. (1-3/4 cups) DOLE Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 DOLE Bananas, peeled, sliced
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut, toasted
1/2 cup chopped almonds
16 oz. (2 cups) vanilla lowfat yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, grapes, bananas, marshmallows, coconut and almonds.
  2. Fold in yogurt.  Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
