Hawaiian Pizza

This is a true classic combining Canadian bacon and pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

1 pizza crust (12-inch)
1 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
1 cup (8 oz) pizza sauce
1/4 cup (2 oz) sliced Canadian bacon, cut into quarters
1-1/2 cups (6 oz) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can (8 oz) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brush pizza crust with oil.  Spoon sauce over crust.  Top with Canadian bacon.  Sprinkle with cheese and pineapple tidbits.
  2. Bake at 450ºF., 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
