Grilled Southwest Chicken

This is a simple marinade which adds flavor to the chicken breast.

1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice
4 oz. (1/4 cup) lime juice
4 oz. (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
4 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons dried oregano leaves, crushed
8 clove garlic, finely chopped
14 lb. 45 each boneless, skinless chicken breasts


  1. Combine pineapple juice, lime juice, oil, chili powder, oregano and garlic in shallow pan.
  2. Place chicken in pan, turn to coat. Cover, refrigerate and marinate 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken, brushing occasionally with marinade 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Discard remaining marinade.
