2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream

1/2 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Frozen Strawberry Purée, thawed

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Lemon Juice

  1. Combine cream, puree, and sugar in a medium pot, using a wooden spoon or spatula to stir bring ingredients to a boil.
  2. Continue stirring and boil mixture for 5 minutes (you may need to lower and raise the heat to keep it at a boil without boiling out of your pan).
  3. After five minutes turn heat off. Add lemon juice slowly while stirring.
  4. Pour mixture into 8-10 serving bowls.
  5. Chill in fridge 3-4 hours until firm. They'll last in a fridge up to 3 days.
