Banana Spiced Rum Daiquiri
This drink truly brings the flavor of the Islands to mind!
Ingredients
1 oz. Fresh Agave Sour recipe below
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup water
13 ounces agave nectar divided
3 oz. DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
¾ oz. spiced rum
¾ oz. coconut rum
1 glass of ice
whipped cream
Cinnamon Sugar
Directions
- Fresh Agave Sour: Combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup water and 1-1/2 cups (12 oz.) agave nectar in 1/2 gallon container. Whisk to stir completely. Store chilled. Shake well before use. Makes about 1 quart.
- Combine bananas, 1 oz. agave sour, 1 oz. agave nectar, spiced rum, coconut rum and ice in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Garnish with whipped cream, banana slice and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
