Tropical Margarita

A different kind of margarita

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup DOLE® Frozen Pineapple Chunks, partially thawed
1/2 cup frozen DOLE Mango Chunks, partially thawed, divide
1 cup crushed ice
1 ounce tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 tablespoon grenadine syrup (optional)
1/2 ounce lime juice (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple chunks, mango chunks, ice, tequila, triple sec, grenadine syrup and lime juice in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into large margarita glass.
