Peach Julep

Bubbly and fresh club soda with peaches and bourbon.

INGREDIENTS:

2 ounces DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, thawed
3 each fresh mint leaves, rinsed, patted dry and torn
1-1/2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce fresh sour
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce club soda

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle peaches in shaker.  Add mint, bourbon, fresh sour and simple syrup and ice.  Shake vigorously.  Strain into glass with ice.  Top with club soda.  Garnish with diced peaches, if desired.
