Pineapple Pepper Olive Pizza

This pizza has an Italian feel, with an herb sauce replacing the traditional pizza sauce, topped with roasted peppers, olives and pineapple.

INGREDIENTS:

2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 pizza crust (12-inch)
1 cup roasted red pepper strips, drained
1 cup (8 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Tidbits, drained
1/2 cup ripe olives, sliced
1-1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded mozzerella cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Stir together oil, basil, oregano and garlic in small bowl.  Brush mixture over crust.  Top with red pepper, pineapple tidbits and olives over crust.  Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake at 425  F., 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
