Hele Mai Tai
A beautiful tiki inspired beverage for a delicious tropical taste featured at the Flavor Experience 2020.
Ingredients
2 ounces DOLE 100% Pineapple Juice or DOLE Light Pineapple Juice Drink
2 ounces coconut water
1 ounce Blanco tequila
1 ounce dark rum
½ ounce agave syrup
½ ounce lime juice
as needed ice
1 skewer DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes thawed
as needed Tajin Spices for garnish
OR 1 skewer citrus slices
or 1 skewer watermelon chunks
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add pineapple juice, coconut water, tequila, rum, agave and lime juice. Shake well.
- Strain into either a martini glass or rock glass over ice.
- Finish with a skewer of pineapple cubes coated in Tajin spice or a skewer of citrus and watermelon for garnish.
