Ingredients

2 cups DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad undrained

1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt

1 cup ice cubes

3 fresh mint sprigs optional

Directions

  1. Combine tropical fruit, yogurt and ice cubes in blender or food processor container. Cover; blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.

     

    TIP: Can use DOLE Tropical Fruit Tidbits in 100% Juice or Tropical Fruit Salad in Juice
