Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

A new smoothie bowl full of delicious fruit flavor with gorgeous color.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup DOLE Smoothie Cuts IQF Dragon Fruit
1/4 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
1/4 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries
3/4 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas partially thawed divided
1 cup almond milk
1 Tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup ice
2 TBSP sliced almonds
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup granola

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a blender, combine the dragon fruit, mango cubes, raspberries, 1/2 cup bananas, almond milk, lime juice and ice and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour base into a bowl and top with sliced almonds, chia seeds, granola and 1/4 cup sliced bananas.
