Just Peachy Overnight Oats
Easy and delicious overnight oats with a layer of sweet peach puree, finished with ripe peach slices. K-12 Crediting: 1/2 cup fruit, 1 oz. equivalent grain, 0.5 oz. meat / meat alternative.
Ingredients
2-½ cups oats
2-½ cups nonfat milk
2-½ cups nonfat Greek yogurt
3 cups frozen DOLE Sliced Peaches thawed
2 cups peach puree
Directions
- Mix together the oats and milk in a large bowl.
- In 10 individual vessels, layer the oats, Greek yogurt, fruit, and purée in even layers in a serving cup and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator and serve cold.
TIP: Change up your flavors by substituting frozen DOLE Blueberries in place of the peaches.
