Cucumber Chili Mango Switchel

INGREDIENTS:

Mexican chili lime fruit seasoning
1-1/2 ounces cucumber chili tequila
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1-1/2 ounces switchel mix (recipe below)
1-1/2 ounces DOLE® Chef-Ready Frozen Mango Puree

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Rim glass with chili lime seasoning. Measure ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish and serve.
  2. Switchel mix: 

    Combine maple syrup, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, ginger juice, and water in a gallon container and whisk to mix completely. Transfer to store 'n pours, label, date and store chilled.
