Blackberry Avo Rita

A creamy avocado margarita served with a layer of Dole Chef Ready Blackberry Puree and crushed chili pistachios.

1-1/2 ounces reposado tequila
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1-1/2 ounces agave nectar
1/4 avocado (60 count size), pitted, peeled
1 cup ice
2 ounces DOLE® Chef-Ready Frozen Blackberry Puree
sprinkle crushed sweet chili pistachios or sriracha almonds


  1. Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, agave, avocado, and ice in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
  2. Layer with blackberry puree. Garnish with a sprinkle of nuts.
