Caribbean Ranch Dressing

A flavorful dressing to serve with an iceberg wedge salad.

INGREDIENTS:

14 ounces buttermilk ranch dressing
1-1/2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Frozen Mango Puree

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine ranch dressing and mango puree in a non-reactive container. Mix well.
  2. Serve over spiralized carrots, zucchini, yellow squash and beets tossed with grape tomatoes, shredded red onion and goat cheese
