Blackberry Chipotle Puree

A tangy, spicy sauce to serve with a variety of proteins.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Frozen Blackberry Puree
1/2 tsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine blackberry puree, chipotle peppers, and balsamic vinegar in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve with lamb chops.
