Blackberry Root Beer Float Bowls

A twist on the classic with the blackberry puree, to give it a fruity flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Frozen Blackberry Puree
1 cup root beer

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Scoop ice cream into sundae or dessert bowl.  Spoon blackberry puree over ice cream.  Pour root beer over ice cream.
