Mango and Chia Smoothie Bowl

(2017 Pairings) Flavorful smoothie bowl that can be topped with your favorite toppings.

1-1/2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Mango partially thawed
1/2 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
2 tablespoons chia seeds divided
3 tablespoons almond or coconut milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
plain granola


  1. Add mango, banana, chia seeds and almond milk to a blender. Cover; blend on low, scrape down sides as needed blending until smooth. Tip: if needed for smooth consistency, add a little more milk as needed. 
  2. Scoop smoothie into a bowl and top with chia, coconut, granola and additional mango, as desired, enjoy immediately.
  3. Keep  left overs in freezer for up to 1 week
