Pineapple Chocolate Tropical Float

Hand crafted with Dole Pineapple Cream Sorbet, chile chocolate flavored tequila, rum and sparkling soda.

INGREDIENTS:

1 #12 scoop Pineapple Cream Sorbet (recipe below)
3/4 oz. chile chocolate-flavored tequila
3/4 oz. coconut rum
2 oz. cola

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Measure pineapple cream sorbet, tequila, rum and cola into old fashioned glass.  Garnish with pineapple leaf, if desired.
  2. Pineapple Cream Sorbet:  Combine 1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, partially thawed, 1 cup DOLE Pineapple Juice and 1 cup vanilla ice cream in blender.  Blend until almost smooth and small pieces of pineapple are visible.
