Apple Ginger Cider

Freshly made with DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, fresh citrus, agave and ginger beer.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, partially thawed
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
1/2 oz. agave nectar
1 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle apple in shaker.  Pour agave sour, agave nectar and ice in shaker.  Shake vigorously and pour into tall glass over ice.  Top with ginger beer.  Garnish with apple ball and candied ginger skewer, if desired.
