Caribbean Green Apple Mule

Hand crafted with DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, rum, fresh citrus, agave and ginger beer.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Apples, partially thawed
1-1/4 oz. Mount Gay® Eclipse Rum
1-1/2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
1 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle apples in shaker.  Add rum, agave sour and ice.  Shake vigorously.  Pour old fashioned glass or copper mug.  Top with ginger beer.  Garnish with mint sprig, if desired.
