Caribbean Creampop
A delicious frozen tropical treat.
Ingredients
2 cups DOLE Tropical Fruit Salad drained
1 cup mango or papaya nectar
½ cup light coconut milk
½ cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
3 oz. cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 (3 oz.) ice pop molds or plastic cups
Directions
- Combine 2 cups drained tropical fruit salad, nectar, coconut milk, banana, cream cheese, honey and nutmeg in blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture equally into 10 plastic cups. Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set.
- Insert stick into center of each mold; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
