Caribbean Creampop

A delicious frozen treat

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups DOLE® Tropical Fruit Salad, drained
1 cup mango or papaya nectar
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 DOLE Banana peeled and sliced
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
10 (3 oz.) ice pop molds or plastic cups

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine 2 cups drained tropical fruit salad, nectar, coconut milk, banana, cream cheese, honey and nutmeg in blender or food processor.  Cover; blend until smooth. Pour mixture equally into 10 plastic cups.  Place on tray and freeze about 1 hour or until partially set.
  2. Insert stick into center of each mold; freeze 2 hours longer or until firm.
