Ingredients

1 can (46 oz.) DOLE Pineapple Juice chilled

2 cups light or dark rum

¼ cup sugar

½ cup lime juice

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves

ice cubes

1 small lime slice and mint leaf optional garnish

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and mint in large punch bowl over ice.  Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint, if desired.
