Island Rum Punch

A light refreshing pineapple mint flavored punch

INGREDIENTS:

1 can (46 oz.) DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
2 cups light or dark rum
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint leaves
ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and mint in large punch bowl.  Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint, if desired.
