Mango Ginger Tea

A delicious iced tea flavored with mango ginger puree, fresh citrus, and agave.

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Mango Ginger Puree (recipe below)
1 ounce Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
4 ounces fresh brewed iced tea
6 each torn mint leaves, optional
1 mint sprig, optional garnish
1 mango cube skewer, optional garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine ingredients in 14 oz. glass with ice.  Roll back and forth 3 times to mix.  Garnish  with mango skewer and mint, if desired. 


  2. Mango Ginger Puree: Combine 2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, 1 cup DOLE Frozen Sliced Peaches, 1-1/2 teaspoons grated ginger, 6 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces fresh agave sour, and 1 ounce mango flavored syrup in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Store in 1/2 gallon container.

  3. Fresh agave sour:  Combine 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups agave nectar, and 1 cup water in  1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to mix completely.  Store chilled for up to 3 days.
