Mango Ginger Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie featuring DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, DOLE Frozen Sliced Peaches, fresh ginger, citrus, and agave.

3 ounces Mango Ginger Puree (recipe below)
1 ounce Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
1 ounce coconut milk
3/4 cup ice cubes


  1. Combine ingredients in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.   Garnish with mint, if desired.

  2. Mango Ginger Puree: Combine 2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, 1 cup DOLE Frozen Sliced Peaches, 1-1/2 teaspoons grated ginger, 6 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces fresh agave sour, and 1 ounce mango flavored syrup in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Store in 1/2 gallon container.
  3. Fresh agave sour:  Combine 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups agave nectar, and 1 cup water in  1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to mix completely.  Store chilled for up to 3 days.
