Mango Ginger Handcrafted Soda

2 #60 scoops (approximately 2 tablespoons) Mango Ginger Sorbet (recipe below)
1-1/2 ounces Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
4 ounces club soda
1 mango cube skewer, optional garnish
1 mint sprig, optional garnish


  1. Fill half of 14 oz. glass with ice and add Mango Ginger Sorbet, fresh agave sour, and club soda.  Garnish with mango skewer and mint, if desired.
  2. Mango Ginger Sorbet:  Combine 2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes, 1 cup DOLE Frozen Sliced Peaches, 1-1/2 teaspoons grated ginger, 6 ounces simple syrup, 2 ounces Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below), and 1 ounce mango flavored syrup in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour mixture into 1/2 gallon container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.

  3. Fresh agave sour:  Combine 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups agave nectar, and 1 cup  water in 1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to mix completely.  Store chilled for up to 3 days.
