Mango Ginger Sorbet

A refreshing sorbet.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
1 cup frozen DOLE Sliced Peaches
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger grated
6 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces Fresh Agave Sour recipe below
1 ounce mango flavored syrup
1 cup fresh lime juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1-1/2 cups agave nectar
1 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine mango cubes, sliced peaches, ginger, simple syrup, fresh agave sour and mango syrup in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour mixture into 1/2 gallon container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  2. Fresh agave sour:  Combine fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar, and water in  1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to mix completely.  Store chilled for up to 3 days.
