Mango Ginger Sorbet

A refreshing sorbet.

2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes
1 cup frozen DOLE Sliced Peaches
1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
6 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces Fresh Agave Sour (recipe below)
1 ounce mango flavored syrup


  1. Combine ingredients in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour mixture into 1/2 gallon container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
  2. Fresh agave sour:  Combine 1 cup fresh lime juice, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 1-1/2 cups agave nectar, and 1 cup water in  1/2 gallon container.  Whisk to mix completely.  Store chilled for up to 3 days.
