Strawberry Ricotta Pesto Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
This is a unique and colorful pizza.
Ingredients
10 ounce precooked thin pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons prepared pesto sauce
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup whole milk ricotta cheese
1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries partially thawed
1-2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and spread thin layer of pesto on crust.
- Spread mozzarella and dollop ricotta on pizza. Bake 6-7 minutes or until crust is crispy. After pizza is baked, spread strawberries and drizzle balsamic glaze on top.
