Blackberry Batida for School Lunch

This is a great smoothie that meets the school nutrition guidelines

INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup DOLE® Blackberries
2/3 cup lowfat milk
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine blackberries, milk, honey and ice cubes in blender.  Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour into glass and garnish with blackberry skewer, if desired.
