Bourbon Banana Foster

A rich blend of bourbon and bananas with ice cream and caramel sauce.

Ingredients

1-½ oz. bourbon

5 oz. DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 oz. caramel sauce

½ cup ice

Combine bourbon, banana slices, ice cream, sauce and ice in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
Garnish with additional banana slices and drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.
