Strawberry and Olive Basil Pizza

Delicious, sweet, strawberry and olive basil pizza.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (about 14 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. bottled pesto
1-1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and deveined
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced black or green olives
1 to 2 tbsp. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Strawberries
1 to 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar glaze*
fresh basil leaves, garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prebake crust according to package directions.
  2. Mix together mayonnaise and pesto in small bowl.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture over pizza crust, leaving 1/2-inch border. Arrange shrimp over pizza; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and olives.
  4. Bake 6 to 10 minutes or until crisp and cheese melts. Sprinkle top with diced strawberries; drizzle with glaze. Garnish with basil leaves, if desired.

    Balsamic Vinegar Glaze: Cook 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar in small saucepan over low heat until reduced by half.
