Pineapple Pistachio Pizza

A sweet and tasty pineapple pistachio pizza.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (about 14 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2-1/2 cup DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes
3/4 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 cup toasted chopped pistachios
cinnamon and sugar, as needed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Prebake crust according to package directions.
  2. Combine yogurt, 1 cup diced pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  3. Spread yogurt mixture on baked pizza crust, leaving 1/2-inch border. Arrange remaining 1-1/2 cups pineapple over yogurt mixture; sprinkle pistachios evenly over pineapple.
  4. Bake 6 to 10 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and crisp. Remove from oven, drizzle honey over top of pizza. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, if desired.
