Berry Vinaigrette

A great tasting, versatile raspberry vinaigrette to pair with almost any salad!

1 cup frozen DOLE Raspberries thawed undrained
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Puree together raspberries, mint, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper in mixing bowl until blended.  Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Serve over fruit salad or spinach salad.
