Pistachio Fusion

A pistachio flavored, tequila based cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed
1 oz. salted pistachios, shelled
1-1/4 oz. coconut-flavored tequila
2 oz. Fresh Sour Mix

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle pineapples and pistachios in shaker. Combine pineapple, pistachios, tequila and fresh sour mix in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass with ice.
  2. Garnish with pineapple leaf, if desired.
