Peach and Almond Breakfast Pizza

A yummy breakfast pizza with peach and almonds.

1 pkg. (about 14 oz.) pizza crust dough, refrigerated
1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
2-1/2 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Diced Peaches, part thawed
4 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup almonds, sliced and toasted
6 sprigs fresh mint
coarse salt, to taste (optional)


  1. Prebake pizza crust according to package directions.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup diced peaches, 2 tablespoons honey and ginger in medium bowl.
  3. Spread ricotta mixture on baked pizza crust, leaving 1/2-inch border.
  4. Arrange remaining 1-1/2 cups diced peaches over ricotta mixture; sprinkle almonds evenly over peaches.
  5. Bake 6 to 10 minutes, or until crust is nicely browned and crisp. Remove from oven, top with mint, remaining 2 tablespoons honey, and salt. Cut pizza into 12 pieces with pizza cutter and serve.
