Mango Ginger Puree

A blend of mango and peaches with a hint of ginger, which is great to add flavor to beverages.

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups DOLE® Chef-Ready Frozen Mango Puree
1-1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
6 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fresh sour
1 oz. mango-flavored syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well to incorporate. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

    NOTE: 2 cups DOLE Chef-Ready Frozen Mango Puree and 1 cup DOLE Chef-Ready Frozen Peach Puree may also be used.
