Banana Lama Ding Dong

A creamy rum based cocktail flavored with bananas.

INGREDIENTS:

1-1/2 oz. DOLE® Fresh Frozen Sliced Bananas, partially thawed
1-1/4 oz. Rum Chata liqueur
1 oz. half & half
1/4 oz. black strap rum

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle bananas in shaker. Combine liqueur, half & half and ice in shaker. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass with ice.
  2. Float black strap rum on top and garnish with banana slice, if desired.
