Ingredients

6 cups frozen DOLE Blueberries

½ cup sugar

½ cup water

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup rolled oats

⅓ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup butter melted

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 scoop cinnamon ice cream - optional

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Spray six (8 oz.) soufflé dishes or custard cups with cooking spray.
  2. Combine blueberries, sugar, water, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a medium sauce pan.  Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes to 20 minutes or until mixture begins to boil and thickens. Remove from heat and divide evenly among prepared dishes.
  3. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon in medium bowl.  Blend together until mixture appears crumbly. Evenly sprinkle over blueberry mixture in each dish.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and slightly bubbly.  Serve with cinnamon ice cream, if desired.
