Pineapple Sangria

This quick and tasty recipe for pineapple sangria is sure to please.

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. pinot grigio
2 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. amaretto liqueur
1 lemon squeeze(s)
1 orange squeeze(s)
1 splash lemon-lime soda

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine wine, pineapple juice, and amaretto in shaker with ice.  Squeeze with lemon and orange, leaving peel in shaker.  Cover; shake lightly.  Pour into glass.  Top with ice and soda.  Garnish with pineapple wedge, if desired and serve.
