Spicy Jicama Fire Roasted Chili and Pineapple Sauce

Give any meal a spicy kick with this low calorie salsa.

INGREDIENTS:

24 fl. oz. (3 cups) Pacific Pineapple Salsa (recipe link below)
12 oz. (3 cups) jicama, chopped
1 tbsp. jalapeno peppers, canned, drained, chopped
6 oz. (1 chile) chile poblano, chopped
2 fl. oz. (1/4 cup) lime juice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine pineapple salsa, jicama, jalapeno peppers, chili and lime juice in non-reactive bowl.  Mix well and refrigerate until needed.
