Cranberry Orange Relish

A relish type dessert sauce with cranberry and orange.

1 orange, unpeeled and washed
12 to 15 oz. (3 cups) frozen DOLE® Cranberries, partially thawed
7 oz. (1 cup) granulated sugar
1 cinnamon stick


  1. Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds.
  2. Pour 1/2 of the cranberries and orange in blender or food processor container.  Cover; blend until chopped.  Repeat step.
  3. Cook cranberry mixture, sugar and cinnamon stick, over medium heat, in large saucepan 5 to 10 minutes or until heated through.  Remove cinnamon stick.  Serve warm or chilled.
