Chunky Avocado Pineapple Salsa

A delicious, textured, low calorie salsa that can be enjoyed with a variety of foods.

2 cups Pacific Pineapple Salsa (recipe link below)
3 avocado, cubed
1/8 oz. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
6 oz. roma tomato(es), seeded and diced
2 oz. lime juice


  1. Combine salsa, avocado, cilantro, tomato and lime juice in bowl.  Toss to mix well.  Refrigerate for service.
