Aztec Pineapple Mango Salsa

A delicious, low-calorie salsa that can be eaten with chips, chicken, pork, and fish.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups Pacific Pineapple Salsa (recipe link below)
4 oz. DOLE® Pineapple Cubes, drained
3/4 oz. ground cumin
10 oz. DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Sprinkle cumin on pineapple cubes; toss to coat.  Place pineapple in preheated non-stick skillet over medium heat for approximately 30 to 45 seconds or until the cumin is fragrant.
  2. Combine seasoned pineapple cubes, salsa and mango in bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for service.
