The Brazilian

This pineapple based cocktail uses flavor infused liquors to give it unique character.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
1-1/4 oz. wedding cake-flavored vodka
3/4 oz. coffee-flavored tequila
for garnish pineapple slice
for garnish Cinnamon Sugar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle pineapple in shaker.  Combine agave sour , vodka and tequila in shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
  2. Top with additional ice.  Garnish with pineapple slice and cinnamon sugar, if desired.
