Spiced Coco Mango Spritz
A sweet, rum-based cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:

DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed
|
1-1/4 oz.
|
spiced rum
|
2 oz.
|
Fresh Agave Sour
|
1/2 oz.
|
coconut syrup
|
3
|
basil leaves, torn
|
1/2 oz.
|
club soda
|
for garnish
|
fresh basil leaves
|
DIRECTIONS:
- Muddle mango in shaker. Combine spiced rum, agave sour, coconut syrup and basil leaves in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
- Top with club soda and additional ice. Garnish with basil leaf, if desired.
