Smokey Mexican

Sweet, salty, n sour. This melon and bacon flavored cocktail has it all.

INGREDIENTS:

4 pieces DOLE® Mixed Melon Chunks, thawed
1-1/4 oz. tequila
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. agave nectar
1/2 tsp. bacon crumbles
for garnish lime squeeze(s)
for garnish jalapeno twist

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bacon salt rim. Muddle melons in shaker container. Combine tequila, lime juice, agave and bacon with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into glass. Top with additional ice. Garnish with lime squeeze and jalapeno twist.
