Mango Lemonade
A refreshing lemonade made from mango.
INGREDIENTS:
14 oz. (3 cups)

DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed

20 fl. oz. (2-1/2 cups)
|
cold water, divided
|
4 fl. oz. (1/2 cup)
|
fresh lemon juice
|
1/2 cup
|
sugar
|
|
ice cubes
|
|
fresh mint leaves (optional)
|
DIRECTIONS:
- Place mango cubes in blender or food processor with 1/2 cup water. Cover; blend until smooth. Add remaining 2 cups water; blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture through strainer into large pitcher. Stir in lemon juice and sugar; add more sugar if necessary to taste.
- Pour into ice-filled glasses; garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
