Mango Cocorita

Mango and coconut flavored margarita.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Mango Cubes partially thawed
1-1/4 oz. coconut-flavored tequila
1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
for garnish toasted coconut

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Coat glass rim with toasted coconut, if desired.
  2. Muddle mangoes in shaker.  Combine tequila, liqueur and agave sour in shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
  3. Top with additional ice.  Garnish with additional toasted coconut, if desired.
