Fruity Smoothie

Sweet and tart, these quick smoothies are great for kids.

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. DOLE Chef-Ready Cuts Sliced Bananas
8 oz. (1 can) DOLE Pineapple Chunks undrained
4 to 5 oz. (1 cup) frozen DOLE Strawberries partially thawed
8 oz. (1 cup) strawberry lowfat yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine banana, pineapple chunks, strawberries and yogurt in blender container.  Cover; blend until smooth.

    Variations: Replace 1 cup strawberries and strawberry yogurt with:

    Peach: 1 cup DOLE Fresh Frozen Sliced Peaches and peach yogurt
    Raspberry: 1 cup DOLE Fresh Frozen Raspberries and mixed berry yogurt
    Blueberry: 1 cup DOLE Fresh Frozen Blueberries and blueberry yogurt
    Mixed Berries: 1 cup DOLE Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries and mixed berry yogurt
