Coffee Barrel Splash

A delicious, refreshing, coffee flavored cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. DOLE® Chef-Ready Cuts Pineapple Cubes, thawed
1-1/4 oz. Kraken Rum
2 oz. Fresh Agave Sour
1/2 oz. DOLE Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. espresso flavored syrup
1 oz. ginger beer

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Muddle pineapple in shaker.  Combine rum, agave sour, pineapple juice, and espresso syrup in shaker with ice.  Shake vigorously and pour into glass with ice.
  2. Top with ginger beer and additional ice.  Garnish with pineapple leaf and 3 coffee beans, if desired.  

    Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, remove the rum and add additional ginger beer.
